Groundhog Day is een comedy musical met muziek en tekst van Tim Minchin, gebaseerd op het boek van Danny Rubin. Het is gebaseerd op de gelijknamige film uit 1993. De wereld premier van de musical heeft plaats gevonden in 2016 in de Old Vic in Londen. April 2017 zal de musical op Broadway te zien zijn.

Het verhaal gaat om de weerman Phil Connors die de jaarlijkse groundhog day in Pensylvania verslaat en in een tijdloop terecht komt en zo deze dag keer op keer opnieuw mee maakt.

STS heeft de showvloer en de automatisering geleverd waarbij 5 excentrische revolves separaat aangestuurd worden. Hierdoor kunnen we een element een willekeuring patroon laten doorlopen door de 5 revolves te synchroniseren
