The first production of Half a Sixpence saw the light of day in the West End on 21 March 1963. In 1965 the show moved to Broadway and starred John Cleese. In 1967, the film was released with Julia Foster and Cyril Ritchard. In July 2016, the show was re-released in co-production with Cameron MAckintosh who brought his Mary Poppins team together for this.

It tells the story of the life of Arthur Kipps, an orphan, who inherits a sizable fortune and then struggles with the choices before him.

STS supplied the show floor and the automation whereby 5 centric donuts are separately controlled.
