Doornroosje (Belgium)
Project scope
The musical Doornroosje (Sleeping Beauty) was produced by Studio 100 and features the popular Belgian girl group K3 in the lead roles. Staged at Plopsaland, the production combines a classic fairy tale with the star power of K3, creating a show that appeals to families and young audiences across Belgium and the Netherlands.
STS supplied the 2D performer flying installation for this production. The system allows the performers to take flight on stage, bringing the fairy-tale world of Sleeping Beauty to life with graceful aerial sequences. Even in a family-oriented production, the technical requirements are demanding, and STS delivered a system that is both safe and visually spectacular.
