An experienced electrical engineer with a passion for leadership and automation? Do you want to work on innovative projects within the world of theater technology? Then this role as Electrical Engineering Supervisor at STS de Kwakel is for you!
In this position, you will be responsible for managing and developing the electrical engineering department. Together with a team of three electrical engineers, you work on the construction of switchgear cabinets and the execution of electrical and automation projects. You are a key figure in the cooperation with our software and mechanical departments and ensure that everything runs efficiently and on schedule.
You take care of work preparation, component procurement and inventory management. In addition, you optimize processes within the department and contribute to the growth and stability of the team. Within STS variable speed drives of Lenze (especially Lenze 9400) and control with Sigmatek play a major role. Experience with this is an advantage, but eagerness to learn and an analytical attitude are at least as important to us.

The ideal candidate will have a college degree in Electrical Engineering or similar and several years of experience in a leadership role. Knowledge of variable speed drives (preferably Lenze 9400) and control systems such as Sigmatek is an advantage. You work in a structured way, have experience with ERP systems and communicate well in Dutch and English. A hands-on mentality and driving license B(E) are a plus.
