Head of Workshop and Mechanic

That handy guy with two right hands and want to be responsible for the workshop, assembling machines and performing service and maintenance on our systems? Then read on!

As Head of Workshop you will work mainly in our own workshop and ensure that everything goes according to plan. It is essential that you have a solid and flexible work mentality and enjoy bringing challenges to a successful conclusion. Experience with mechanics and technical systems is an advantage. It would of course be nice if you had experience in the theater and show sector.

We are at the forefront of the musical and theater industry and we are proud to say that we have collaborated on major musical productions such as Stranger Things, Frozen, Harry Potter, Back to the Future, Phantom of the Opera, The Lion King, Soldier of Orange, and so on.

At STS, we make the impossible possible. We realize design ideas such as flying helicopters, a free moving DeLorean and Aladdin’s flying carpet. You’ll see modeled machines skillfully brought to life in our workshop.

The ideal candidate will have a mbo education in the direction of Mechanical Engineering, with several years of work experience. You have good oral and written command of the Dutch language and knowledge of the English language. You also have a driving license B(E).
